IN ORDER FOR THE EMERGENCY ALERT FUNCTION TO WORK WITH YOUR TRELAWEAR PENDANT, YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR A MONITORING SERVICE PLAN THRU THE FALLCALL APPLICATION ON YOUR SMARTPHONE.
MONITORING SERVICE PLANS:
Sign up for a 1 month or 6 month monitoring service plan on the IOS FallCall Detect App or Android FallCall Lite App:
6 month Central Monitoring Service Plan + Care Group: $119.94
The month to month Central Monitoring Service Plan + Care Group: $19.99 per mo.
Both Central Monitoring Plans on the FallCall Detect App include Fall Detection when paired with your Apple Watch.
Getting Started:
1) Purchase the Trelawear pendant of your choice.
2) Once you receive your pendant download the free IOS FallCall® Detect App on your iPhone or the free Android FallCall®Lite App and easily pair your pendant to the App by pressing the button on the back of the pendant for 3 seconds. Be sure your iPhone® or Android phone is near your pendant when pairing. When your App screen says pairing is complete, then follow instructions on the subsequent App screens to sign up for a monitoring service plan and provide your Care Group contact information. You only need to sign up once!
3) Returns or exchanges are accepted with both monthly or 6 month plans and follow our regular return policy noted on our website. Any questions please email info@trelawear.com.
USING YOUR TRELAWEAR PENDANT IS SIMPLE:
1. After your pendant is paired to your App & you have signed up for a monitoring service plan, should you ever be in an emergency simply press the button on the back of your pendant for 3 seconds and you will be immediately connected to a U.S. based trained emergency response agent who will know already Who You Are, Where You Are, and have all your care group contacts.
2. Within seconds a trained agent will call your cell phone and if necessary send emergency services and contact your care group. If you do not answer your cell phone when the agent calls, emergency services and your care group will be contacted. If you pressed the button in error do not worry, just advise the agent when they call that the alert was a false alarm. Click on the below link for reference.
When pairing is successful you will see this screen on your phone.
