Limited Warranty and Exclusive Remedies


Limited Warranty.

Trelawear warrants that for the period from the initial purchase date until the expiration of 12 months from the initial purchase date that the Trelawear device will function substantially in accordance with the documentation provided with them, but only if product has at all times been used and maintained as directed by the applicable Trelawear documentation, and not been subjected to abuse or other abnormal wear and tear. The total amount of the refund is the total cost of purchase minus shipping cost incurred(if not received prepaid). Other returns must meet the requirements listed below in Exclusive remedies or which fail to function properly. In the event of the latter potential situation, the user must notify Customer Care at 914-318-3669 to obtain a resolution to the issue.

Exclusive Remedies

Unopened Return Policy. The customer wishing to return the device must notify Trelawear customer service at number listed above to get authorization. The Trelawear device may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial Ship Date as long as the product is Unopened and with original packaging. The purchaser assumes responsibility for shipping costs in this event. The total amount of the refund in this instance is cost of original purchase minus the shipping cost incurred(if not received prepaid). The Trelawear device must be returned to our US Based distribution center. Please email info@trelawear.com to receive authorization and obtain the return address to send your device.

Unfortunately after 30 days we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Refunds (if applicable)                                                                                           

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in this time frame, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trelawear.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Trelawear device for the same item, send us an email at info@trelawear.com and send your item to: 

Gifts                                                                                                                             

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be made to the original credit card that the item was purchased on.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Since you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
