I am what is commonly referred to in the fashion industry as a “jewelry maven”.  I have built a successful career as both a retailer and wholesaler over the last 25+ years before I founded Trelawear Inc over 4 years ago.

My first foray into the fashion world was growing up with my stylish fashionista mom Sally who was the “queen of accessories”.  She was always dressed beautifully with a colorful scarf and the perfect jewelry.   Therefore it was no surprise, that when I began my career at Saks Fifth Avenue in their buyer training program and was placed in the fashion jewelry department, that I felt right at home.  I went on to become the Saks designer fashion jewelry buyer, working with notable brands such as David Yurman, John Hardy, and Steven Lagos.  I gained experience learning great design and workmanship, and in the process developed my own sense of style. 

As my career flourished I traveled regularly to Asia and Europe working directly with factories, learning manufacturing techniques and all about stones and materials.  I trend-shopped in Paris, London, Milan and was inspired by magnificent design not only in jewelry, but clothing, accessories and home furnishings.

My expertise and passion for beautiful design fueled the creation and quality workmanship for the Trelawear collection of fashionable, discreet PERS devices.  What sets Trelawear devices apart, is the focus to detail of the design esthetic first, and then partnering with leading tech providers to ensure the 100% reliability of the product.
